10:45 to 11:45am Monday- Friday
3:00 to 4:00pm Monday- Friday
Closed Saturday and Sunday
The mailroom is used for both U.S. and WJU campus mail. Mail can be sent by using the drop boxes located in the Student Life office.
Mail is distributed daily Monday through Friday between the hours of 3-4pm. Packages may be picked up during mailroom hours. If students are unable to make it during this time, they may return the package notice with their signature permitting a designated person to retrieve the package for them.
All questions and concerns regarding student mail services can be addressed during mailroom hours, by sending an email to mailroom [at] jessup [dot] edu, or by calling the mail center at 916-577-2312.
It is a Federal Offense to tamper with another person’s mailbox. If you notice a student box left open or being tampered with, please notify the office of student life immediately!
