Automatic Enrollment Process
Health Insurance coverage is a mandatory part of the registration process at WJU. All Traditional Undergraduate students carrying 6 units or more are automatically enrolled in the student health plan and charged accordingly. Students found in non-compliance with this enrollment requirement may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
Procedure to Waive/Decline Enrollment
In order to waive out of this program, our insurance broker requires that you fill out the:

Waivers are processed weekly and an email confirmation will be sent once the fee has been credited back to your student account. If you have any questions regarding the waiver process that are not answered by the information posted, please contact the Office of Student Life at 916-577-2321.
2012-2013 Wells Fargo Policy Information
Please take a few moments to explore the user friendly website provided by our insurance broker, Wells Fargo at studentinsurance.wellsfargo.com. This site will answer any questions you may have regarding what the insurance policy covers, information including deductibles, co-pays, and claims.
Insurance ID cards will be mailed directly to students after the Fall waiver deadline. Students needing to see a doctor before this time can get assistance with downloading a temporary ID card by contacting the Student Life office by email at studentlife@jessup.edu or calling the Wells Fargo Student Insurance call center at 1-800-853-5899.
