Automatic Enrollment Process
Health Insurance coverage is a mandatory part of the registration process at WJU. All Traditional Undergraduate students carrying 6 units or more are automatically enrolled in the student health plan and charged accordingly. Students are required to complete the insurance process by filling out the verification form in order to either confirm enrollment or waive the William Jessup Student Health Insurance Plan. Students found in non-compliance with this enrollment requirement may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. Please fill out one of the following forms:
- Waiver Form (if you intend to waive out of the student health insurance policy)
- Appeal of Waiver Denial Form (if your wavier was denied)
- Enrollment Form (if you intend to enroll in the student health insurance policy)

*Insurance Verification Forms will not be accepted after these deadlines. Remember, if verification form is not submitted you WILL be automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Program.

2014-2015 Wells Fargo Policy Information
Please take a few moments to explore the user friendly website provided by our insurance broker, Wells Fargo at studentinsurance.wellsfargo.com. This site will answer any questions you may have regarding what the insurance policy covers, information including deductibles, co-pays, and claims. Please be advised that your student insurance plan Summary of Benefits and Coverage document is available on studentinsurance.wellsfargo.com or by contacting Wells Fargo Insurance Services at (800) 853-5899.
Insurance ID cards will be mailed directly to students after the posted deadlines each term. Students needing to see a doctor before this time can get assistance with downloading a temporary ID card by contacting the Student Life office by email at studentlife [at] jessup [dot] edu or calling the Wells Fargo Student Insurance call center at 1-800-853-5899.
