One room open to rent out now in a 4 bedroom 3 bath town home not even 5 minutes from the school off of Lonetree blvd. Looking for a female roommate please. We are all girls, three alumni fro Jessup :) Its in a super cute town home community with high ceilings, furnished accept you would need your own bed, cute decor, marble counters, nice appliances, and awesome roommates. You would share a bathroom with one person. The total cost ends up being about $420 a month includes everything, utilities and rent. It will fluctuate slightly depending on utilities sometimes a few more bucks more or less. There are two bedrooms open for renters with 2 and a half bathrooms.
