"Room for rent, furnished or unfurnished. About me & my home: I am a 41 yr old non-smoking christian gal. I own a beautiful 3 bed/2 bath, 1-story home in a gated community in West Roseville. (Pleasant Grove/Foothills Blvd - only minutes from William Jessup). My home features wood flooring, 2-tone paint, stainless appliances, granite counters you name it! My community has a fitness center, pool, spa and a tennis court just a short walk from my home. I work full time, drama & drug free, family orientated, super easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean and neat...oh and I love to cook! I have 2 super sweet adult dogs (golden retriever and a lab/chow mix) that are outside 98% of the time (they do have a dog run). If they are inside they have a blanket that they lay on and have been trained not to wander the house. What I am looking for in a roommate: Female preferred, non-smoker, non-partier, drama and drug free...no pets or children. I am also looking for someone who is easy to get along with, honest & respectful of me and my home and willing to help keep my home clean (I am not the maid!) ;-) My perfect scenario would be to have a friendship grow from this experience! $600*/mo (month to month) rent with $200.00 deposit. We have one or two rooms available for rent (a large space, about 550 square feet). Our house is located in Loomis, close to the freeway. The two rooms are attached to the house in a way that allows for a fairly private space with a separate outside entrance and garage entrance. My husband and I (and our three kids) are looking for one to two students to rent this space. We are asking $600 for the one large room or $700 for the two rooms (plus a full bathroom). This rent would include utilities. You would have access to a big kitchen and laundry area. We live on a five acre plot of land so the view out of the two rooms is quite serene and beautiful.
