Room for rent in Twelve Bridges, Lincoln -- next to Rocklin. House is less than 4 miles to William Jessup University (next exit up Highway 65). We are very active and social. We travel quite often and from November to April, we are rarely home.

The room is located on the second floor west wing of the house in a gorgeous, spacious clean home here in Lincoln.
