Feb 20th, 2013	I have 2 rooms available in a cute 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in Lincoln. One room is available for $450/ month plus utilities which will be around $100 per person (includes cable, internet, PG&E, and garbage) and the other room is available for $400. The house is newly remodeled with crown molding, hardwood floors, and brand new carpet upstairs. The house comes with washer & dryer and there is a small backyard. The lease ends in June 2013 and then converts to a month to month. A little bit about myself: I am a 24 year old project manager at a local software company in Roseville. I work the average 9-5 shift, although sometimes I do work from home. I like to keep a very clean home and hope to find roommates who are clean as well. I love to workout and hangout with my family. I have a 9 month old golden retriever, her name is Sadie and she is a sweetheart - super mellow and potty trained. Unfortunately the landlord doesn't allow anymore animals. Jan 25th, 2013	Clean furnished room in a family home in West Roseville next to Woodcreek High School (Pleasant Grove/Foothills Blvd - only minutes from William Jessup). I am a single 43 year old adult christian female with a 10 year old son that lives with me every other week. His older brother just moved out so we have a nice fully furnished room with a new queen bed, flatscreen tv, playstation, with biweekly housekeeper in a quiet court. My ideal scenario would be a Christian male student who is honest & respectful of me and my home, and that would be a good role model to my younger son - more like family than a renter (i.e. welcome to join in family dinners etc - I am a great cook too!). That would be ideal scenario but also open to any mature and responsible Christian student who just wants a safe family home and privacy. I have a 3 car garage so garage spot a possibility.
