Off Campus Housing

We have one or two rooms available for rent (a large space, about 550 square feet). Our house is located in Loomis, close to the freeway.  The two rooms are attached to the house in a way that allows for a fairly private space with a separate outside entrance and garage entrance. My husband and I (and our three kids) are looking for one to two students to rent this space. We are asking $600 for the one large room or  $700 for the two rooms (plus a full bathroom). This rent would include utilities. You would have access to a big kitchen and laundry area. We live on a five acre plot of land so the view out of the two rooms is quite serene and beautiful. One room open to rent out now in a 4 bedroom 3 bath town home not even 5 minutes from the school off of Lonetree blvd.  Looking for a female roommate please. We are all girls, three alumni fro Jessup :) Its in a super cute town home community with  high ceilings, furnished accept you would need your own bed, cute decor, marble counters, nice appliances, and awesome roommates.  You would share a bathroom with one person. The total cost ends up being about $420 a month includes everything, utilities and rent. It will fluctuate slightly depending on utilities sometimes a few more bucks more or less.
