We live in a brand new house in West Roseville off of Blue Oaks and New Meadow, 10 minutes from William Jessup. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom and use of all house priviliges. We also have a small dog who stays to herself. We were looking to rent out the room for $500 which includes utilities. We are not partiers, nor do we smoke or drink.
