Hello WJU student. Our family, my husband, myself, and our 14 year old son have a home in Rocklin, 1.5 miles from WJU, just near the corner of Stanford Ranch Rd. and Wildcat. We have a very nice fully furnished room with it's own bathroom available and we would like to offer this room for the summer and/or fall and winter. Full kitchen privileges,washing machine and parking (in driveway) available. Includes wireless internet/TV. About us: We attend Valley Springs Presbyterian Church in Roseville. We are in our 50's. Want room and board for free? Well, not totally free. It will be in exchange for 15 hours a week of tutoring kids/child care. In the summer, you/we can determine what hours work best for you since you most likely will have a paying job outside the house. I am flexible when you complete the hours during the week. During the school year, hours would be more structured. No smoking, drugs or sleep-overs at our house. You would have your own bedroom, share a bath upstairs with the kids. They (for the most part) use the downstairs bathroom for brushing teeth and baths. I don't like the smell of cigarette smoke, so even if you don't smoke, but hang out with smokers, that will not work. I don't want the smell in my house. I look forward to hearing back from you. Females only please between ages of 18-30. Thanks. This job does not have compensation beyond free rent and food. Full kitchen privileges, washing machine and swimming pool! Parking is outside on driveway. Must be comfortable with dogs. We have two loving Labradors. About us: Mom and Dad happlily married for 11 years with three kids. One 8 year old boy with ADHD and twin girls age 7. We live in Granite Bay and Mom is a stay-at-home Mom that does tons of volunteer work at the kid's school. |
