ROCKLIN, Calif., – William Jessup University, the first WASC accredited private, four-year residential Christian Liberal Arts University in the greater Sacramento region will celebrate its annual Commencement on Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to noon at Adventure Christian Church in Roseville.

“Jessup students graduating in 2014 are equipped and ready to impact their world for the glory of God in the local church, the marketplace, at home, in our communities, locally and globally,” said Dr. John Jackson, president of the 75 year-old university.

Approximately 257 students are graduating this May with the majority of graduates receiving psychology, business and ministry related bachelor degrees. This year marks the ninth graduation ceremony celebrated by the university since its move to Rocklin in 2004.

Graduation Applications

Application for Graduation 2014-2015

Cap & Gown

Cap and Gowns may be picked up in the Bookstore during Bookstore hours, after May 1, M-F, 9:30 – 4:00. San Jose students may make delivery arrangements with the Bookstore (916.577.2390). Please iron your gown before you come to Baccalaureate and Commencement.

Financial Obligations

You will need to have all financial obligations to WJU cleared in order to graduate–including library fines, overdue books, cafeteria charges, financial aid paperwork, and your tuition/fees account. The Business Office will take check, or cash. Payment may also be made online; in which case Visa or MasterCard may also be used. If paying by personal check, please pay by Friday, May 2, as the check must clear before you can participate in Commencement. If paying by credit card or cash, payment must be made on or before Friday, May 9 at noon.
