"On the 19th of June My Dad and I took a fishing trip. We got up at four thirty in the morning and left for Oroville Lake. Just before we got there we drove over the Oroville dam which is one of the biggest in the world. When we got there we helped our guide unhook his boat and slide it into the water, then we put our stuff in the boat and left. The way we were fishing bass that day was simply casting for them off shore with fake worms. Basically our guide would move into a spot that he knew was a good one then we would fish it for a while. We didn’t get as many fish in some spots as we did in others, but overall we caught a bunch of bass, Twenty one in all. My Dad and I caught ten together and our guide caught the rest.
I really liked my fishing trip with my dad. I give glory to God for letting me have the opportunity to go fishing with my Dad and with such an experienced fisherman."
