William Jessup University recently co-sponsored the Fish Fest held at Gibson Ranch on Saturday, June 2. President Jackson took the stage and shared a few words with the thousands in attendance about WJU’s mission and vision at the day-long event. The concert featured seven artists including Natalie Grant, Lincoln Brewster, Mikes Chair, Big Daddy Weave, Kingdom Band, Josh Wilson and Lisa Daggs. WJU student Mike Johns played drums along with his dad Kip who played the bass guitar with Lincoln Brewster’s band when they took the stage. Meanwhile, the WJU booth was busy selling sunglasses that sported the university logo and came in handy at the sunny venue.
