Resolving Technical Issues - First Steps
- If you are unable to access Moodle, and no network outage has been scheduled, you are responsible to:
- Verify your Internet connection by browsing to and logging in to other websites.
- E-mail your instructor with details if the technical issue is preventing you from submitting a time-sensitive assignment.
- Contact IT support with details of your problem (helpdesk@jessup.edu or (916) 577-2345).
- Try to access your course again in a few hours.
