Graduation Information

Cap and Gowns may be picked up in the Bookstore during Bookstore hours, after April 12, M-F, 9:30 - 4:00. San Jose students may make delivery arrangements with the Bookstore (916.577.2390). Please iron your gown before you come to Baccalaureate and Commencement.

You will need to have all financial obligations to WJU cleared in order to graduate--including library fines, overdue books, cafeteria charges, financial aid paperwork, and your tuition/fees account. The Business Office will take check, or cash. Payment may also be made online; in which case Visa or MasterCard may also be used. If paying by personal check, please pay by Friday, May 7, as the check must clear before you can participate in Commencement. If paying by credit card or cash, payment must be made on or before Friday, May 14 at noon.

Notification of completed or in progress outside units is due to the Registrar's Office by May 7. If not received by May 7, you will not be allowed to walk at Commencement.

Baccalaureate is a special chapel for graduates and their families. We understand that SPS student schedules may not permit attendance. Please be robed and meet at 6:30pm in the Lecture Hall for the processional.

(Graduates must arrive no later than 8:30am. Please allow extra time for travel and parking.)

Baccalaureate - William Jessup University (Rocklin Campus)

Parking is available in all campus lots. Campus representatives will be available for parking assistance, particularly for those with disabilities.

Local Hotels & Restaurants

NorCal Candids will take a photo of each graduate as he/she receives their towel from President Bryce Jessup. Other professional photo opportunities that day include a group photo of the graduating class and selected photos at baccalaureate the evening before. These photos will be available to purchase. You will receive information in the mail directly from NorCal Candids.

For fire code reasons we are asking that photos be taken from your seats during the ceremony. If you have a camcorder, please plan to use a battery pack since extension cords are not allowed.
