Applications for May Commencement are due December 1. Details on conferral dates can be found on the application itself. See sidebar for link to applications. |
| Cap and Gown |
Cap and Gowns may be picked up in the Bookstore during Bookstore hours, after April 9, M-F, 9:30 - 4:00. San Jose students may make delivery arrangements with the Bookstore (916.577.2390). Please iron your gown before you come to Baccalaureate and Commencement. |

| Financial Obligations |
You will need to have all financial obligations to WJU cleared in order to graduate--including library fines, overdue books, cafeteria charges, financial aid paperwork, and your tuition/fees account. The Business Office will take check, or cash. Payment may also be made online; in which case Visa or MasterCard may also be used. If paying by personal check, please pay by Friday, May 4, as the check must clear before you can participate in Commencement. If paying by credit card or cash, payment must be made on or before Friday, May 11 at noon. |
| Outside Units |
Notification of completed or in progress outside units is due to the Registrar's Office by May 4. If not received by May 4 you will not be allowed to walk at Commencement. |
| Baccalaureate |
Friday, May 11, 2012 at 7pm (attendance is encouraged), Academic Warehouse Baccalaureate is a special chapel for graduates and their families. We understand that SPS student schedules may not permit attendance. Please be robed and meet at 6:30pm in the Lecture Hall for the processional. |

| Professional Photography |
Ultimate Exposures will take a photo of each graduate as he/she receives their towel from President Bryce Jessup. Other professional photo opportunities that day include a group photo of the graduating class and selected photos at baccalaureate the evening before. These photos will be available to purchase. You will receive information in the mail directly from Ultimate Exposures. |
| Family/Personal Photography |
For fire code reasons we are asking that photos be taken from your seats during the ceremony. If you have a camcorder, please plan to use a battery pack since extension cords are not allowed. |
