Director of Church Relations
Jim Jessup graduated from San Jose Bible College and was ordained into pastoral ministry in 1987. He received his master’s degree from Lincoln Christian Seminary in Illinois in 1991. He has served in youth and preaching ministries for 11 years in churches in California, Oregon and Illinois. He has been in educational ministry with the school for 10years, first as Director of Enrollment and in 2003 he began a new role as Director of Church Relations. His primary role is establishing and keeping good relationships with churches on behalf of the University. He builds these relationships through preaching at churches, hosting pastoral events on campus, and helping churches find students to fill needs within their church. He has been married to Liz since 1985 and has two children, Samantha, age 18 and Curtis, age 15.
