Jessup Store Manager-Full Time

MAJOR PURPOSE:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the University Retail Store, Online Store and Online Textbook Bookstore. The Store Manager is
responsible for hiring, training and supervising a team of student workers. The store manager is responsible for the overall culture of
the store ensuring all staff represent and embrace the store and university culture and goals ensuring the highest level of culture,
responsiveness and customer service. The Store Manager is the liaison to various departments across campus to ensure textbook
adoptions and deliveries are completed on time and ensuring the store is appropriately and adequately involved in campus events.
The Store Manager schedules and manages all outreach events on and off campus. The Store Manager is the primary driving force
behind providing exceptional customer service and developing student staff, store layout and organization, and careful budgeting
and execution of sales goals. Note: Travel Required. Ability to attend onsite training in Indiana upon hire and annually.
