William Jessup University seeks a self-motivated individual for the role of Enrollment Recruiter for Adult Degree Completion (ADC) and Graduate Programs. The Enrollment Recruiter is part of a team that serves the adult student population at our Bay Area campus. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit that creates outreach opportunities with local community organizations (i.e. churches, non-profits, businesses and government) and generate quality organic leads. We are looking for an individual with a passion to grow enrollment through strong sales skills and building a culture of performance.
The Enrollment Recruiter is responsible for increasing enrollment through inquiry generation, immediately responding to inquiries within one business day (preferably within two hours) and using value propositions to convert inquiries into enrolled students. Specific duties will include responding to prospective student inquiries, managing inquiries using our CRM system, and collaborating with WJU School of Professional Studies staff through the entire application process.
The position is part-time, 24-29 hours per week, with evenings and Saturdays as needed
