William Jessup University seeks a full time person who is analytical, and detailed oriented in their approach to solving tasks for the role of Data & Admissions Coordinator in the School of Professional Studies (SPS) Enrollment Management office. The Data & Operations Coordinator is part of a team that serves the adult student population at WJU. This position is responsible for managing the application process, developing reporting capabilities, conducting data analysis, and continuously monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements within the Admission contact management system (CRM) & University-wide ERP. The Coordinator will help accomplish business objectives by identifying and solving department information and processing problems. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the CRM database by entering, verifying, and reconciling data, and training operators on new and existing data processes. In addition, the Coordinator must also routinely examine their own methodologies to find ways of improving predictive accuracy. This position also trains and supervises student workers that work within the CRM and ERP database, ensuring data quality and consistency.
