A graduate should demonstrate the knowledge of and the ability to use the following:

1. Apply basic management principles considering legal implications.
2. Use introductory accounting principles, analyze financial reports and evaluate financial proposals.
3. Apply basic marketing concepts.
4. Analyze data using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.

6. Analyze the best way to produce goods or provide services at a high level of quality and low cost using operations management tools and techniques.
7. Explain and use strategic management concepts
8. Apply the biblical perspective on ethical questions across business functions.

The Bachelor of Science program is designed to prepare its graduates for careers in management in any organization: business
