A critical reflection on the theological, biblical and philosophical bases for cities. Issues such as rapid urbanization and development, effects of marginalization, promoting Kingdom signs in the city, and leadership and discipleship for the urban church will be discussed. (Prerequisites: Sophomore standing, SOC201, or permission of instructor)
