- Notice 97-60, Education Tax Incentives. This notice addresses specific questions that taxpayers may have concerning eligibility for tax credits. The Notice is available at http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96273,00.html.

Under the provisions of the TRA97, William Jessup University is required to report to the student and the IRS certain information concerning student status on a tax statement referred to as Form 1098-T.
