#3 CBU, #30 MBU Take Down Lady Warriors

San Diego, Calif. - The William Jessup University volleyball team went back to work on day two of the Seaside Invitational to try to pick up their first win of the season. However, #3 ranked California Baptist University continued to roll as they defeated the Lady Warriors 25-15, 25-16, and 25-15.

San Diego, Calif. - The William Jessup University volleyball team made their first appearance in the prestigious Seaside Invitational on the campus of Point Loma Nazarene University. The Lady Warriors dropped the first two matches of the invitational to San Diego Christian College 3-0 and #28th ranked Lindenwood University 3-0.

Rocklin, Calif. - On the strength of one additional first-place vote, Holy Names University edged William Jessup University in the 2010 California Pacific Conference volleyball preseason coaches' poll, released this afternoon by the league office.

Sioux City, Iowa- As announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), William Jessup University senior defensive specialist, Melissa White (Benson, Ariz.) was one of the 304 volleyball players nationwide named 2009 Daktronics-NAIA Volleyball Scholar-Athletes.
