Parker Daniells

Head Track and Cross Country Coach

 

Parker Daniells was born in Santa Ana in Southern California and has lived in Dana Point a majority of his life. Parker started his running career in the 8th grade by training for the L.A. Marathon. Following 8th grade, Parker started his high school running at Dana Hills High in Dana Point. Parker graduated('05) from Dana Hills High School and ran cross country and track all four years. Parker's senior class was undefeated all four years during the regular season. The Dana Hills team had the honor to travel to the state meet every year to Woodward Park in Fresno. His Senior year, Parker had the privilege to participate in the first Nike Team Nationals in Oregon.
Parker is currently a student at William Jessup University studying English and Bible Theology and plans on graduating Spring 09'. For the past four years, Parker has been an athlete for both the Cross Country and Track teams. During his time at WJU, Parker and his teammates received first team all-conference 3 times, 2 team conference titles, and a trip to the National meet in Wisconsin.
Parker has spent the past three years at Whitney High School coaching the men and women's track teams. With the assistance of the athletes and other coaches, Parker has helped produce multiple trips to Section Finals and the Master's meet.
Parker enjoys other extra-curricular activities such as surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, wakeboarding, soccer, and disc golf.
With over 9 years of competitive running experience at all levels, Coach Parker Daniells brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong sense of discipline to the team. Through Coach Daniells experiences, rigorous training schedule, and high standards the Warriors will be soaring for new heights this season.
