Burchett Leads Warriors At Bronco Invitational

Santa Clara, Calif. - The William Jessup University men's cross country to team headed over to the Bronco Invitational for a great day of running. Although the competition was tough, the Warriors held their own.

Freshman Ben Burchett led the way for the Warriors. Burchett finished in 26th place with a time of 28:15. Right behind Burchett was sophomore Chad Baltzley. Baltzley finished 33 seconds behind Burchett for 35th place.

Senior Juan Aguirre, Bentley Nunes and Spencer Jackson showed much improvement and finished with times of 30:15, 31:28 and 33:47, respectively.

Next up for the Warriors, is the Holy Names Invitational on Oct. 30th in Oakland.
