Announcing our New Project: The Journal of Innovation and Implementation

The Public Policy Institute is undertaking a new endeavor to be fully released in June 2013.  The Journal of Innovation and Implementation.  The Journal of Innovation and Implementation is a dynamic, interactive, online journal which focuses on a "bottom up" approach to performance review on the effectiveness and efficiency of key and current legislative and programmatic initiatives.  This journal provides a practitioner's perspective distinct from the traditional academic journal.  The Journal of Innovation and Implementation instead provides a 360 degree approach of review and analysis on timely topics by respected leaders in a range of sectors: from credible professional parties who are tied and/or effected by the initiatives.  In this 360 degree review, public and private sector professionals, government policy experts, education and church leaders, and others provide their insights and input on the effectiveness of legislation and programs that impact each of these sectors.  This new online journal is going to be a significant resource to individuals and the community at large by providing practical review of issues at the local, state, federal, and national policies and initiatives, not only through the 360 degree review but also through insightful commentaries, book reviews, news and event updates, and our "since you asked" section.  The Since You Asked section provides the opportunities to comment and ask tough questions on key policy matters, with informed responses from out PPI experts and contributors.

This journal is driven by the PPI as well as by our editor, Senior Fellow, regulatory policy, and public sector expert Dr. Randall Margo.
