Keith brings over thirty years of executive level management experience in government and business to the classroom. In addition to serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Social Services for the State of South Dakota, Keith has served as President & Chief Executive Officer for a large manufacturing company, Administrative Director of offshore operations for a large semiconductor corporation and Chief Operating Officer for several large West Coast law firms. Keith continues to work with law firms interested in establishing operational strategic plans for growth and stability. Keith is the recipient of Science Management Corporation’s (WoFac) prestigious Joseph P. Quick award for Excellence in Management.

Qualifications:
Tim is a leading educator and expert on criminal justice and public administration. He teaches Criminology for the Public Policy Department in the fall and Principles of Public Administration in the spring. Tim has previously served as Associate Professor and Interim Chair of the Violence Division at California State University-Sacramento. He has also served as Program Director of the College of Continuing Education Criminal Justice and Fire Service Management Online Programs. His diverse professional experiences include serving as General Manager of the Camellia Symphony Orchestra in Sacramento and as Senior Scientist and Principal Investigator for ITT Systems. Tim has also had a distinguished military career reaching the rank of Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army. His assignments have included serving as the planning officer for the Defense Nuclear Weapons School and as a military police officer in the Army and Air Force Exchange Service in Europe. Tim is also regular guest speaker and a widely published academic who has spoken on and written articles about a range of topics including deviant behavior, e-sourcing, fire service management systems, and computer security.

Qualifications:
Matthew is teaching the Constitution & Civil Rights class. Matt is a talented attorney with experience in law, media, and business. While at McGeorge School of Law, he was awarded the “Top Advocate” of the Ben Frantz Mock Trial Competition and was a distinguished member of the McGeorge National Mock Trial Team. Matt is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the CASA, a non-profit organization that represents the interests of abused and neglected foster children in juvenile court. He is also a movie producer with Z3 Entertainment and acted as CEO of YRN, Inc, a technology and entertainment corporation.

Qualifications:
With over 17 years of experience, Richard is regarded as one of the most widely respected public affairs and political professionals in northern California. Richard most recently served as Congressman John Doolittle’s Chief of Staff, helping him become the sixth ranking Republican in the House of Representatives. While at Stanford, Richard taught Advanced Placement Government and Economics at Monta Vista High School in Cupertino, California. In 2002, he was awarded the Outstanding Teacher Award by the Santa Clara County Council for the Social Studies. Currently, Richard serves as the Director of Public Affairs for Kaiser Permanente, one of the largest employers in the Sacramento region.
Wade Teasdale

Qualifications:
With 25 years in diverse leadership positions, Wade ranks among the most senior of the California State Legislature's staff members. He currently serves as senior policy analyst with a portfolio that includes oversight of the state's energy and telecommunications policy, veterans affairs, and legislatively directed audits of state agencies. In addition, Wade is a former military intelligence officer, retired after nearly thirty years of duty in the Regular Army and active Army Reserve. His military experience includes a broad array of assignments, including strategic intelligence operations officer for the joint U.S. Special Operations Command, electronic warfare officer for I Corps, psychological operations officer, and exercise controller/observer. Wade has also taught communications theory and practice at California State University, Sacramento.
